Probiotics Recipe-Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup

Ingredients: Plain low fat yogurt Fresh mint leaves (chopped) Lemon juice Garlic (crushed) Olive oil Cucumber small (peeled, sliced and deseeded) | Serving: 2 cup 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon 2 cloves 1 teaspoon 4 pcs | o o o o o o o o | Seasoning: Salt Pepper | Serving: To taste To taste |

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then blend it in high speed until smooth.
2. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
3. Separate into 4 bowls and top with pine nuts.
Portion exchange:
Dairy 0.5 portion
Vegetable 1 portion
Oil 0.5 portion
