Probiotics Recipe-Chilled Cucumber Yogurt Soup

Ingredients:

Plain low fat yogurt

Fresh mint leaves (chopped)

Lemon juice

Garlic (crushed)

Olive oil

Cucumber small

(peeled, sliced and deseeded)




Serving:

2 cup

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

2 cloves

1 teaspoon

4 pcs

Seasoning:

Salt

Pepper


Serving:

To taste

To taste


Granish:

Pine nuts



Weight:

1 teaspoon



Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then blend it in high speed until smooth.

2. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

3. Separate into 4 bowls and top with pine nuts.

Dairy          0.5 portion

Vegetable    1 portion

Oil              0.5 portion
