Method:
1. Place
Kale into boiling water first until soft ,fry with cloth and then chop into
pieces.
2. Peel
defrosted prawns and degut and remove the head. Wash and dry, add seasoning and
marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Heat
non-stick pan with 1 teaspoon of oil; fry the dried scallops, dried shrimps and
garlic. Then, set aside.
4. Wash red and white rice and place in rice
cooker, adding 1 3/4 cup of water, then
add (3) , mix well before starting to cook rice. Once steam is release from
rice cooker and no water is present , add the prawns inside, close lid until
fully cooked and no water is present, add the prawns inside, close lid until
fully cooked and let keep warm for 5-10 minutes,. Then add chopped kale ready
to serve.
