有机冬菇五花腩卤肉饭

材料:
有机冬菇8朵 (喜欢的可以多放)
有机花椒八角 (少许)
五花腩1斤
红葱头12粒
调味料包括 :
生抽 x 1/4杯
老抽 x 2汤匙
冰糖 x 2-3 大粒
酒 x 1 汤匙
五香粉 x 1 茶匙
胡椒粉 x 1 茶匙
做法:
1. 将冬菇浸透, 将水份尽量去除, 待用
2. 五花腩切粒备用 (不用调味)
3. 花椒八角洗净备用
4. 红葱头切粒备用
5. 烧红火先用油爆香红葱头, 然后取起备用
6. 用炒过红葱头的镬和油炒五花腩
7. 五花腩炒至微焦后落冬菇再炒至干身, 红葱头回镬
8. 加入所有调味和4碗水, 细火炆1至1.5小时即可
