Summer seafood delight (2 servings)

Ingredients:

Shrimp (medium size)

Mussel

Parrot fish fillet

Onion(sliced)

Bay Leaves

Cherry Tomato

Shallot (chopped)



Serving:

Sauce:

Fresh Lime Juice

Sweetener 

Garilc (Ground)

Small red chili (chopped)

Salt

Parsley

Water

Serving:

1.5 tbsp

1 tsp

4 cloves

1 pc


1/3 tsp

To garnish

1 tbsp


Method:

1. Peel and devein shrimps. Remove mussel from the shells. Slice the fish fillet. Wash and drain the seafood. Set aside.

2. Bring 2-3 cups of water to boil and cook onion and bay leaves for 1-2 minutes. Add in seafood cook thoroughly and drain.

Combine well all the sauce ingredients and mix with cooked seafood in a bowl. Serve with cherry tomatoes and shallot.
