All are handmade by people in recovery of Delight Kitchen in Hong Kong. The cover drawings are from artists recovered from mental illness. Produced in a factory where cereals containing gluten, soybean, crustacean, fish, milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and their products are also handled.
