Supreme Abalone, Conpoy & Shrimp Glutinous Rice Dumpling
Carefully selected ingredients, each rice dumpling contains a whole braised abalone, molten salted egg yolk, Japanese dried scallops, Thai dried shrimp, and "Hong Kong Heritage Pork" local hormone-free black pork belly. Handmade locally, it's an excellent choice for gifts or personal enjoyment.

▼ Product Story Using local lard, stir-fry shallots, garlic, and glutinous rice until fragrant. Although the steps are complex, Blue Drop Kitchen care about traditional flavors.

The master chef says lard is the key to the aroma, bringing out the layers of flavor. The filling includes "Hong Kong Heritage Pork" hormone-free pork belly, salted egg yolk, dried scallops, split mung beans, freshly ground five-spice powder, and Blue Drop Kitchen's homemade seasoning mix.

Blue Drop Kitchen use their skills to bring you the natural taste passed down from traditional wisdom, combined with ingredients free of chemical additives, so people of all ages can eat with peace of mind.

▼ Ingredients Thai glutinous rice, mung beans, local hormone-free pork, salted egg yolk, dried scallops, braised abalone, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, lard, chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, shallots, salt, five-spice powder, sand ginger powder, sugar.

▼ Storage Method Refrigerate at 0-4°C for 7 days; freeze at -18°C for 180 days.

▼ Consumption Method
 Place the frozen rice dumpling in cold water and heat, ensuring the water covers the rice dumpling. Heat until the water boils, then continue heating on medium heat for 30 minutes before eating. (If thawed in the refrigerator a day in advance, reheating time can be shortened.)
