Farmer's Salted Pork Rice Dumpling
Blue Drop Kitchen's salted pork rice dumpling uses local lard to stir-fry shallots, garlic, and glutinous rice. They select high-quality Thai long glutinous rice, "Hong Kong Heritage Pork" hormone-free pork belly, molten salted egg yolk, dried scallops, and split mung beans, seasoned with freshly ground five-spice powder and their homemade seasoning mix. This is the traditional farmer's delicious taste from Blue Drop Kitchen.

▼ Product Story Using local lard, stir-fry shallots, garlic, and glutinous rice until fragrant. Although the steps are complex, Blue Drop Kitchen care about traditional flavors.

The master chef says lard is the key to the aroma, bringing out the layers of flavor. The filling includes "Hong Kong Heritage Pork" hormone-free pork belly, salted egg yolk, dried scallops, split mung beans, freshly ground five-spice powder, and Blue Drop Kitchen's homemade seasoning mix.

▼ Storage Method Refrigerate at 0-4°C for 7 days; freeze at -18°C for 180 days.

▼ Consumption Method
 Place the frozen rice dumpling in cold water and heat, ensuring the water covers the rice dumpling. Heat until the water boils, then continue heating on medium heat for 20 minutes before eating. (If thawed in the refrigerator a day in advance, reheating time can be shortened.)
