純素-酥炸蓮藕餡餅

酥炸蓮藕餡餅,是一道有口感的小點心。2片蓮藕中夾著鹹香的餡料,外層再裹上酥脆的外皮,是一道仿日式炸物的小點。可以搭配點胡椒鹽或是蕃茄醬,味道更是美味可口。
材料:
蓮藕 300g
馬鈴薯 100g
酥炸粉 適量
杏鮑菇拌醬 50g
做法:
1.先將蓮藕洗淨,去皮燙一下後,用刀切成厚片備用。
2.將酥炸粉和水調成麵粉糊備用。(粉和水的比例視各家酥炸粉不同比例不同)
3.將馬鈴薯去皮、切片、蒸熟、搗成泥狀。
4.將馬鈴薯泥和杏鮑菇拌醬拌勻,即成為餡餅內餡。
5.將內餡夾入藕片,外面再沾一層麵粉糊,下鍋炸熟即可
小秘訣:
*馬鈴薯切成薄片,較好蒸熟。可用電鍋蒸熟,也可放入小碗,加水後放至微波爐加熱。
