纯素-酥炸莲藕馅饼

酥炸莲藕馅饼,是一道有口感的小点心。2片莲藕中夹着咸香的馅料,外层再裹上酥脆的外皮,是一道仿日式炸物的小点。可以搭配点胡椒盐或是蕃茄酱,味道更是美味可口。
材料:
莲藕 300g
马铃薯 100g
酥炸粉 适量
杏鲍菇拌酱 50g
做法:
1.先将莲藕洗净,去皮烫一下后,用刀切成厚片备用。
2.将酥炸粉和水调成面粉糊备用。(粉和水的比例视各家酥炸粉不同比例不同)
3.将马铃薯去皮、切片、蒸熟、捣成泥状。
4.将马铃薯泥和杏鲍菇拌酱拌匀,即成为馅饼内馅。
5.将内馅夹入藕片,外面再沾一层面粉糊,下锅炸熟即可
小秘诀:
*马铃薯切成薄片,较好蒸熟。可用电饭锅蒸熟,也可放入小碗,加水后放至微波炉加热。
