Baked Vegetable Chips (2 servings)


Ingredients: Serving: Seasonings: Serving:
Potato 1 pieces, sliced Oil 1 tbsp
Lotus roots 1 pieces, sliced Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Yam 1 small section, sliced Red pepper powder  1/2 tsp
Salt A little
Jalapeno cayenne 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 230zxad
  2. Mix all powder and salt together.
  3. Use paper towel to dry all sliced vegetables. Then, mix the seasonings with the vegetable.
  4. Place in oven to bake for 10 minutes. Then, filp all vegetables to the other side and bake again for 10 minutes until all turned change yellow.
